Subject to availability of goods, whatever delivery method you select we aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible - usually the same day and always within 24-48 hours of receipt unless otherwise advised.

Delivery Charges

Your delivery charge is calculated from two elements:

  • Cost of posting your order (dependent on the weight and size)
  • A small fixed packing charge covering the cost of packing materials and handling

Delivery costs start at £0.99 for our economy option within the UK on items such as Greetings Cards and Socks. Many other items and combinations of items (e.g. Mugs, Notebooks and Notepads) up to 1kg attract an economy delivery charge of £2.75 (for UK).

However, where the cost of goods ordered is between £20.00 and £49.99 and to a single delivery address in the UK, the standard postage cost passed to the buyer will be £2.50 with an economy option of £1.80 for smaller, lighter packages. For orders where the cost of goods exceeds £50.00, standard postage to a single UK destination is free.

Jewellery orders of a value of over £50.00 will be sent by Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx. These services will be provided at no extra cost to you.

The delivery charge will be presented to you at the first checkout stage so you will be able to see exactly what delivery will cost before completing an order.

Delivery Services

We use Royal Mail or FedEx for our standard delivery services. Delivery options will be presented to you at the Checkout stage of your order. Orders sent by Royal Mail First Class Post to UK destinations (our Standard Postage option) will normally arrive within 1-3 days from dispatch and orders sent by Royal Mail Second Class Post to UK destinations (our Economy Postage option) will normally arrive within 3-5 days from dispatch although these timescales cannot be guaranteed. Orders sent by FedEx are a 'next working day' delivery service. Large or bulky orders (UK only due to size restrictions) will usually be sent by FedEx Next Working Day Delivery or Royal Mail ParcelForce 48 depending upon delivery location.

In many cases for delivery within the UK, you will be provided with the option to choose Royal Mail Special Delivery or FedEx Delivery Services when you go to Checkout. These options provide a 'next working day' delivery service from the time of dispatch. Please note if your order is received by us before 12.30pm Monday to Friday for FedEx and 3.00pm for Royal Mail Special Delivery we will aim to dispatch your order by close of business the same day, however, orders dispatched on Friday will generally be delivered on the following Monday. Orders received after these times Monday to Friday will be dispatched within 24 hours (all weekend orders 48 hour dispatch time).

Orders outside of the UK will be dispatched by Royal Mail International Standard Airmail and delivery times vary depending upon destination. Approximate delivery timescales are indicated upon Checkout.

Delivery Addresses

Please note we do not ship to USA, Canada, South America, Africa, Russia, China or India.

For UK only orders with a value below £100 you will be presented with the option to enter an alternative delivery address during Checkout. For all international and UK orders over £100 we only dispatch to the Cardholder or Billing address. If you have alternative delivery requirements please contact our telephone ordering service line to discuss your order.

Restrictions on Goods

Sometimes for reasons of copyright or due to trade/size restrictions items that we sell cannot be dispatched to all countries. Usually, restricted destinations will not be offered for delivery selection as you proceed through Checkout. If we are unable to dispatch your requested item to the delivery address you request we will notify you by email.

Invoicing

Where the billing and delivery address are the same the following will be enclosed with your order:

  1. Invoice addressed to the buyer
  2. A copy of our Terms and Conditions
  3. Delivery note (addressed to the buyer or recipient if different from buyer)
  4. Refund and cancellation form

If a different delivery address has been requested at checkout, the invoice will be sent to the billing address and a delivery note and refund and cancellation form will be enclosed with the order. The delivery note will be annotated with the buyers name.

Once your item has been dispatched we will send you an email to confirm your order is on its way.
